Our process

INITIAL DESIGN MEETING
Use our online form to request a design meeting to discuss your website needs. Whether it’s over the phone, video-chat or in person at your business premises we are happy to accommodate what suits you. At this meeting, we will discuss:
The type of website you desire (simple landing page, eCommerce shop etc)
The content and colour scheme you would like displayed on your website
Whether you need ongoing support with a maintenance package after creation

QUOTE
We will compile your quote(s) in an easy to understand format.
This will be itemised so you know exactly how much each function of your website would cost. For all other costs that were not expected during the design process, such as an additional website feature requested, this will be quoted and agreed before implementation.

FIRST DRAFT
Once the quote is agreed, half of the quote price is paid upfront.
RedFox Web Design will then begin creating the first draft of your website. In this part of the process we will request any imagery that you may want to use (such as logos/pictures of your products/work). If you require a logo or imagery, this may delay the first draft completion date.

AMENDMENTS
The first draft is sent to you for feedback. If there are any amendments within design scope to be made, no further cost will be incurred.

DEPLOYMENT
Once the final design is agreed, the remainder of the quote is paid. Depending on the purchase option, the website will be handed over to you or will be deployed through RedFox Web Design.
